Earth is approaching the end of what Western society refers to as the 21st Century.  Humans are still the dominate and preeminent species in the world.  But taking care of each other and of the planet isn't the top priority for society.

Visitors have arrived and have decided the situation should change.  This story will take you through the lives of a dozen people across the globe as they struggle to understand and react to the new realities of sharing what we have and what we are given when the visitors force society at large and individuals in particular to make difficult choices about our future.
